By using KuroSoft Videos ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

KuroSoft Videos is an AI-powered platform that generates YouTube video content including scripts, voiceovers, stock footage compilation, subtitles, and automated uploads to your connected YouTube channel. The service operates on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must own or have authorization to manage any YouTube channel you connect to the service.

3. YouTube Integration

By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize KuroSoft Videos to:

Upload videos to your channel on your behalf
Set video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
Read video performance statistics

You retain full ownership and control of your YouTube channel. You can revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions. All uploaded content becomes part of your YouTube channel and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

4. Content and Copyright

Scripts are generated by AI and are original content created for your use.
Voiceovers are generated using ElevenLabs AI voice synthesis technology.
Stock footage is sourced from Pexels and Pixabay under their royalty-free licenses, which permit commercial use.
You receive a non-exclusive license to use all generated content for your YouTube channel.
We do not guarantee that generated content will not be similar to content created by other users or existing content online.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

Generate content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines
Create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
Spam or manipulate YouTube's platform in violation of their terms
Generate content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
Impersonate other creators or brands

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Flutterwave.
Plan features and limits are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no videos have been generated.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party APIs (YouTube, ElevenLabs, Pexels, Pixabay, Anthropic) which may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for videos that fail to generate or upload due to third-party service outages.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for purposes that could harm our service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

KuroSoft Videos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any YouTube channel penalties, strikes, or bans that may result from content generated by the service. You are ultimately responsible for all content published on your YouTube channel.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
