KuroSoft Videos ("we", "our", "us") operates the KuroSoft Videos platform at kurosofthub.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

When you use KuroSoft Videos, we collect:

Account information: Your name, email address, username, and WhatsApp number provided during registration.
YouTube channel data: When you connect your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, we receive your channel name, channel ID, and a refresh token that allows us to upload videos on your behalf. We do NOT access your Google password.
Usage data: Video generation history, selected niches, voice preferences, and platform interaction data.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Flutterwave. We do not store your credit card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate and upload videos to your YouTube channel as directed by you.
To personalize your content based on your selected niches and preferences.
To sync video performance statistics (views, likes) from YouTube to display on your dashboard.
To improve our AI content generation based on what performs well on your channel.
To communicate with you about your account and our service.

3. YouTube API Services

KuroSoft Videos uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We access the following YouTube data through your authorized connection:

Channel information (name, ID, subscriber count)
Video upload capability (to publish videos you generate)
Video statistics (views, likes, comments) for your generated videos only
Thumbnail upload capability for videos you generate

You can revoke our access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. YouTube refresh tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our service (e.g., using ElevenLabs for voice generation, Pexels/Pixabay for stock footage).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, video history, and YouTube tokens within 30 days. Generated videos that have been uploaded to your YouTube channel remain on YouTube under your control.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data stored by us
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Revoke YouTube access at any time via Google Account Permissions
Export your data upon request

7. Cookies

We use Firebase Authentication which may set cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

KuroSoft Videos is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
